PN Circle Of Care Care provides specialist quality care services under the NDIS Disability Scheme to support people with Community access, Daily living activities, traumatic, acquired brain injuries. We provide a service to individuals and families to maximise their independence and quality of life.
We will assess your individual needs and goals as identified through the Individual support and treatment Plan.
- Through our person centred approach service users will have the respect, choice and care.
- Services users will be consulted on their individual support on an ongoing basis.

Covid-19
We recognise that many of us here in the community are feeling worried and overwhelmed about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
PN Circle of Care are doing everything possible to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our clients and carers.
We also ask that you practice personal hygiene and regular hand washing where possible to help reduce the risk of infection and transmission.
We will provide regular updates to our clients, should we receive any important information regarding Covid-19.
