Our Culture
PN Circle OF Care is a family oriented organisation supporting the needs of the elderly and adults living with a disability or illness and families requiring a helping hand.
We take a strong person centred approach to all the work we do as we are committed to helping people live independently in their own home with dignity and comfort, and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional in-home care.
Our Promise
We offer a consistent care policy. This means that people receiving support and their family members have the opportunity to become familiar and comfortable with their carer(s) rather than experience the uncertainty of new faces and names.
PN Circle of Care has all appropriate insurance coverage, including professional indemnity, public liability and workers compensation policies.
Our Staff
Our team of leads are motivated and caring professionals who bring energy, enthusiasm and compassion to people receiving care and support every day.
New recruits participate in a comprehensive recruitment process which includes thorough NDIS worker screening checks, police background checks, reference checks and encourage working with children checks, as well as ongoing evaluation to ensure the highest calibre team of staff are on hand to deliver quality care.
Priyanka
Director
As a Co. Director of PN Circle of Care, Priyanka takes responsibility to provide services in all aspects of the business. This includes internal staff and care support workers in the community. Having started working in the disability industry over 5 years ago, Priyanka has been able to run the business with respect and ethics and assists people in all aspects of their daily lives giving immense job satisfaction, contributing towards making a difference to people’s lives, whilst monitoring progress and outcomes of their NDIS goals.
Nisha
Director
As a Director of PN Circle of Care, Nisha introduced PN Circle of Care in 2020 and is proud to be part of a thriving and caring organisation that puts the interests of the participants and support workers first. Nisha is able to represent the company with professionalism, courtesy and compassion to clients, families and carers, has thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and the satisfaction of contributing to changing lives, adding value and life choices to people with disabilities.
